The articles on Draftophobia and Mysterious Illness in Deutshland were quite entertaining and surprising. The surprise came from the idea of the logical Germans fearing the breeze and and medications, even aspirin which was invented in Germany! I can see some of where the fear of ingesting to many medications comes form, but the Germans seem to take it to extremes, or maybe I just come form and drug happy land! However, fearing a draft is quite silly and I could not stop laughing through the article.
Moving on, Das dutsche Schulsystem seems to be incredibly confusing and even madding to me, not to mention that it seems like you could easily spend most of your life in school. However, attending college in Germany seems to offer more leisure and relaxation than attending elsewhere, not to mention the cost of attendance was very attractive!
