For my AMD I watched the rest of Mostly Martha. Martha takes in her
sister's kid after the car crash and the two of them have to learn to live
together. Martha takes some time off from work to take care of Lina. Lina
won't eat any of the food Martha makes, which is very hurtful to Martha. When
Martha returns to work she discovers an Italian cook, Mario has been
brought in to help pick up the slack. Martha hates him from the beginning. But
when Mario cooks food Lina will actually eat she starts to like him. Lina and
Martha still aren't get on well and Lina keeps hoping her Italian dad will come
and get her. Lina goes with her dad. But Martha realizes that she really loves
both Lina and Mario and wants to live with them. Martha and Mario then drive to
Italy to get Lina back from her father and the three of them live happy ever
after.
One of my favorite lines was from when they are in the car on their way
to get Lina from Italy
After Martha asks Mario if he thinks Lina will want to live. Mario jokingly
reply's.
